CRIMINAL DEFENSE

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

A DUI can have serious consequences. A DUI can affect your job, your personal life, and your reputation. We invite you to call us at (615) 783-1680 to discuss your case with no obligation. Nashville DUI attorney Ryan Caldwell consistently provides cost-effective, competent representation for all DUI cases. Ryan represents clients in DAVIDSON, RUTHERFORD, WILLIAMSON, WILSON, SUMNER, CHEATHAM, MAURY COUNTIES and all over Middle Tennessee.

Just recently, the State of Tennessee and City of Nashville have begun implementing extremely strict punishments for Domestic Assault cases. If convicted, you will most likely have to do 26 or 52 weeks of Batterer's Intervention Classes, which can affect your job, your family, and your reputation. You will also lose your right to own a firearm. Do NOT PLEAD GUILTY to Domestic Assault until you have spoken with a Domestic Violence Defense Lawyer.

DOMESTIC

ASSAULT

Since the "War on Drugs" in the 1980s, laws regulating and punishing defendants convicted of selling and using narcotics have resulted in long jail and prison sentences.  Fortunately, a good lawyer can exploit loopholes in the law and protect your Constitutional rights, which often results in lesser penalties and dismissals.  Feel free to contact us anytime to discuss the facts of your case.

DRUGS

SEX CRIMES,
INDECENT EXPOSURE, PUBLIC INDECENCY

With the heightened awareness and media publicity of sexual offenses recently, the laws in Tennessee regarding public indecency have likewise become tougher and more punitive. Having a conviction for Public Indecency can ruin your personal life, career, and reputation in the community. The good news is that such offenses can be kept off of your record if you have an experienced, knowledgeable attorney on your side. Please feel free to contact our office for a free, confidential consultation. Mr. Caldwell represents clients all over the middle Tennessee area, including Davidson County, Wilson County, Rutherford County, Cheatham County, Sumner County, and Williamson County.

CITATIONS

If you've received a CITATION in Nashville, you are probably unfamiliar with the citation booking process. Once you receive your citation, you will be ordered to appear in the A.A. Birch Building between the hours of 7:00 a.m and 10:00 a.m. At booking, you will be fingerprinted, photographed, and interviewed, after which you will be told to go across the hall to courtroom 1A, otherwise known as the Citation Docket. It is very important that you have a competent attorney with you to handle your case at this point. If you decide to go it alone, the Prosecutor will most likely suggest that you plead guilty, with a permanent conviction on your record as a possible result. We highly recommend contacting our office at 615-783-1680 to discuss your options before going through the booking process.
